Our objective was to find me a home in my Mom's neighborhood. I also hoped for a home that was not too big, not too expensive and had a nice kitchen and dining room and 2 bedrooms and not a huge yard. One of the best things to ever happen to us was finding Dana Allen as our partner in finding our home. We have purchased and built several homes through the years and so we were not new to the home buying experience. Typically the agent is a necessary facilitator to the process and helpful for sure. But Dana was so much more than that and we must share this with others who may be seeking an agent.
